PREPARATION

Lead protection -- cover grounds and plants with plastic

Mask all windows inside.

Remove all loose paint -- grinding and sanding

Smooth exterior surface.

Patch nail holes; fill all open gaps and cracks.

Prime with high-quality, oil-based primer.

Power wash to remove dirt.

Clean with bleach to remove mildew.

Replace all broken glazing on windows.

Double check preparations.

PAINTING

Cover and protect all windows and plants and any other surfaces not to be painted.

Spray, brush and roll two finish coats, using top-of the-line paints.

Complete clean up and removal of all materials.
