PREPARATION

Completely cover floors and wrap furniture in plastic.

Sand and fill cracks and gaps with Kell Patch elastomeric compound.

Smooth all wood trim, prime all bare wood and fill open cracks or gaps.

Prime as needed with high-quality, oil-based or latex primer.

Double check preparations.

PAINTING

Paint with either high quality oil-base or latex paint.

As many colors as you want.

Sand between coats.

Hepa vacuums to control dust.

Complete clean up and removal of all materials.
